Sutherlands Creek 2005 GSM Sept 07
A brooding bouquet with spice, milk chocolate, cherry and menthol notes Silky
tannins support the not overly generous fruit to form a medium-weight, supple,
elegant wine that has an agreeable complexity. Spicy on the uptake, the
mid-palate is herbaceous which moves through to milk chocolate, whilst there is
a subtle secondary, supporting layer of very dark, black flavour; it finishes
with persistent black pepper. Rated as Recommended, it is sealed with a Diam.
