Expressive aromatics with dark spectrum fruit, boot polish, blackberry, roast meat, sweet vanillin cedary oak and spice are found on the bouquet. Silky tannins support the deep fruit which delivers intense blackberry, coffee essence, roast meats and mineral characters, but dried green herbs dominate the flavour profile. Mouth-feel is attractive and it finishes with good persistence. Medium-weight, with a supple consistency, seamless structure and agreeable complexity, it is rated as Recommended and has been sealed with Diam.
