Sutherlands Creek 2004 Pinot Sept 07

Expressive aromas of mushroom, forest floor, milk chocolate, cherry, and vanilla with attractive floral notes lurking below the surface. Fine, silky, dusty tannins combine with fresh acid and deeply-seated fruit to forma supple, medium-weight, almost seamless wine with a harmonious, well developed complexity. Sitting comfortably in the mouth, flavours of milk chocolate, cherry, spice, black spectrum berry, dark coffee with dried herbs dominating a clean, ling finish. Rated as highly Recommended, it is sealed with a Diam.
