Steve Hoff Heritage 2002 Cabernet Malbec Aug 04

A lively perfumed violet nose with good rich fruit and mint. Mouth filling pepper, blackberry, intense liquorice, and mint combine to finish with good power and length and whilst it may not be perfectly varietially correct, it is a lovely, enjoyable drink. Full-bodied, tannins are smooth but deceptive and provide a supple consistency and solid structure. Rated as Recommended with **** for value, this is a great buy and offers a huge nag for the buck.
