Seville Estate 2002 Shiraz Oct 04
Pepper dominates milk chocolate, plum and cedar. On the
palate, distinct fruit delivers an upfront hit of initial strawberry sweetness,
slamming pepper, chocolate, plum and green capsicum characters on the tail.
Smooth unobtrusive tannins have enough stuffing to provide a solid backbone, the
acid is fresh, consistency is supple and complexity developed. Medium-weight,
this is a good example of cool climate Shiraz that is ready to drink now. Rated
as Recommended with *** for value.
