The wine has an attractive clean and fresh nose full of brambles which translates to palate flavours of savoury cherry, brambly berry and chocolate. Fresh crisp zingy acid and intense lean fruit combine to form a clean well made wine with a solid elegant structure and well developed complexity. The wine has good length and lingers extremely well, it should peak about 2007 and is rated as Highly Recommended with ** for value.
