A Bordeaux blend, the RRP is $19.50 or $17.55 for circle club members; it sealed under Diam. The bouquet is brooding, earthy and shows milk chocolate characters; it leads to a palate that is slightly sour on the uptake, with cherry, herbs and earthy characters that are complemented by some sweet fruit lurking below. It's a medium-weight, firm, solid and tight wine that is supported by unobtrusive, silky but powdery tannins, and it needs time to loosen up. Rated as Agreeable with *** for value.
