Brokenwood 2002 Graveyard Shiraz Oct 04
Brooding fruit under toasty French oak with spice, white
pepper, plums and aniseed. There is some class to the structure, it is clean and
well balanced. Contrasting flavours of sweet strawberries wafting through spice
and toast. Ample in weight, the consistency is supple and the structure is
harmonious with smooth tannins. A good wine but nothing to get excited about at
the price, it is rated as Highly Recommended with *
for value it is ready to drink now.
