Why You Should Send Your Wine to TORB for Review
All Australian red wine submitted will have a tasting note completed by TORB. Unlike many other sites, no matter what the rating, no matter how good or bad, the tasting note will be published in the Tasting Notes Section (unless the wine is defective, TCA etc.)
It is within wineries and distributors interests to submit wines for inclusion on this site prior to general release for the following reasons:-
Over three thousand individual wine lovers hit this site every month, many on numerous occasions. The site receives about unique 15,000 visits a month.
The people who read this site are hard core dedicated wine lovers that enjoy good wine and appreciate value.
These readers regularly buy wines at all price points but many of the readers are happy to purchase luxury wines on a regular basis and many have extensive cellars.
Many of theses readers are looking for independent tasting notes when wines are first released, as they believe it’s the best time to buy.
Most of the readers of this site purchase in carton quantities.
This site is totally independent and I don’t earn a cent from wine, so people believe my comments even if they don’t necessarily agree with them.
Many overseas wine lovers who are interested in Australian wine, also frequent this site.
By submitting your wines for write up just prior to general release you are obtaining great exposure for your product.
Retailers and wineries are welcome to use my tasting notes provided they are attributed to TORBWine or Ric Einstein and that they are not selectively edited, or taken out of context.
