Thanks  to "Smithy" of Warrabilla for the idea behind this one.

Does this image mean....

A. "La consommation de boissons alcoolisées pendant la grossesse, même en faible quantité, peut avoir des conséquences graves sur la santé de l’enfant”.

or

B. Don't go out with drunken fat chicks.

The Answer:

Surprisingly enough, the "technical" answer is A (although Smithy still maintains B is 100% valid.) The French health issued a health warning last year that will take effect on October 3 2007. Products already packaged prior to this date may continue to be sold in the French market until stocks are exhausted. Then the warning may take the form of a written statement as follows (or the above symbol) :

“La consommation de boissons alcoolisées pendant la grossesse, même en faible quantité, peut avoir des conséquences graves sur la santé de l’enfant”.

which means

The consumption of alcoholic drinks during pregnancy, even in small quantities, may have serious consequences on the health of the child.

...... actually they may have got it arse about face.  Maybe the symbol should read "I got into this condition because of the consumption of alcohol."
